I hope someone from LIV or Tiger Woods wins it. For the chaos

there would be no chaos if Tiger won, unless you think one of the greatest moments in the history of the Masters = chaos

How come Jon Rahm got a redo on 18 without even getting a penalty stroke. He hit a shitty drive, then got to do it over and 2nd drive was much better.

it was a provisional. they didn't know if the first ball went out of bounds or got lost, or not. he took the extra drive (provisional), so that if they couldn't find the first ball and he had to re-hit (with a stroke penalty), he wouldn't have to walk all the way back to the tee. they ended up finding the ball.

So if they find the ball he gets to hit from the 2nd location? I was cooking so was only listening vs watching but it seemed like he got to hit from 2nd location

if they find the ball, the 2nd shot doesn't count

per google

Quote :
"Before Rahm's ball could be found, he hit a second ball — a provisional ball — right down the middle of the fairway. To Rahm's relief, the ball from his first tee shot was located and the provisional tee shot was abandoned. Rahm rebounded from the episode to par the final hole for his first Masters win."

It's just a three-shot lead. Anything could happen. Just ask Jean van de Velde about his final hole at the '99 British Open.

[Edited on April 11, 2026 at 5:31 PM. Reason : Total meltdown with 3-shot lead at 18th hole on Sunday, finished round tied and lost in a playoff]

Speaking of the devil...and just like that, McIlroy's three-shot lead evaporates.

It's already getting wild.

"Sergio Garcia damaged the second tee box Sunday morning at Augusta National, followed by breaking his driver after an errant shot.

The LIV Golf member made the cut at the Masters, although began the day 16 shots back of co-leaders Rory McIlroy and Cameron Young. His fortunes did not improve early in Round 4, bogeying the first before spraying his drive at the second right. The ball was still in flight when the Spaniard angrily took two swipes at the turf, taking chunks out of the teeing ground in the process."

Let's go, Young!

Isn't Sergio the guy with a ridiculous pre shot routine?

Young's turn to choke today. Lowry took a big slide down the leaderboard as well.

Young has had so many chances down the back 9

I'd love to go to a final round one year and just yell out "GET IN THE HOLE" after every putt lol
