I still cook certain things to order - like asparagus in the air fryer. Also, sous vide helps a lot. I'll sous vide a london broil, for example, and sear and slice before serving.

Chocolate is isopure, super fuckin good! Vanilla is some way expired "vanilla ice cream" optimum nutrition i gave to my neighbor phil, not great but ok...wish i had a better vanilla protein(i have some unflavored isolate i could try adding vanilla extract or something)The isopure was the last i had, the other chocolate isolate i have is nutricost, hope it don't suck cause chocolate really good, will try again. About 85g protein each
